Pick and Place |
|
A pick and place device is used on automated equipment and assembly systems to grasp and move parts from one operation to another. Weiss’ HP pick and place unit is linear motor driven in both axes. Also, this pick and place unit utilizes recirculating, linear ball bearings in contrast to others who use noisy piston rods or crossed roller bearings. The Weiss HP pick and place is freely programmable in both horizontal and vertical axes. This pick and place is equipped with integrated overload protection and an integrated lubrication system. The HP pick and place has freely programmable positions, strokes, ramps, and velocities with constant feedback. Weiss’ HP pick and place is delivered in modules, ready to be connected and operated with “plug and play” electronics. |
